Over 50% Of Parents Support Adult Children $1,474 Average Monthly; Must Prioritize Daily Bible Reading and Prayer to Make Children Wise

In God We Trust

“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” James 1:5. “The Lord is faithful to lead us as we seek Him daily for what His will is for us to do each day and with our lives,” said Steven Andrew. Andrew is leading this generation of the USA to walk faithful in covenant with the Lord. It turns out that over half of parents are supporting their adult children.

Children and families declined when Catholics complained about having the Holy Bible King James Version in schools and the Bible was taken out of schools. Americans always had the Bible in schools from 1607 for over 300 years. Having daily Bible reading and Christian prayer in schools is important to making Americans excel. Christians must stand up for God and not let those with false gods remove the Holy Bible from children

How are parents helping their adult children? A report from savings.com shows:

  • Half of parents with adult children provide regular financial assistance to their grown offspring. The average support per adult child is $1,474 monthly, about 6% higher than last year.
  • 83% of supporting parents contribute to their adult kids’ monthly groceries; 65% help with cell phones, and nearly half (46%) pay for vacations.
  • More than three-quarters (77%) of supportive parents attach conditions to their financial assistance. 23% give money without any conditions.

A key to living for the Lord is “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;” Colossians 3:23.

Andrew gives this inspiring prayer. Father, Jesus Christ is my Lord and Saviour. Be glorified in my life. Help me know and do Your will. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
