Boise ordered the removal of the Pride flag from City Hall on March 31, 2026, immediately following Governor Brad Little signing House Bill 561 into law at 11:44 a.m.  The legislation prohibits municipal governments from flying flags that are not on a state-approved list, as shared in the news. There is a fine of $2,000 per flag per day.  HB 561 prohibits other cities from adopting new symbolic flags such as “LGBT” flags. Christians rejoice!
