The Gateway Pundit reports: In a huge blow to Joe Biden, a federal appeals court on Wednesday ruled in favor of Texas Governor Greg Abbott to allow razor wire to be built on the border wall. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Texas can build razor wire along the border wall to stop illegal aliens from entering the country. The court ruled Joe Biden was wrong for cutting the concertina wire.
